Shipping policy

We don't believe in stale coffee. Your order is roasted specifically for you and shipped directly from our roaster, arriving at your door at peak flavour.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

LOGISTICS & FULFILMENT
Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

SHIPPING
We ship via Australia Post and Aramex. Shipping rates start from $9.95 for smaller orders and $13.00 for larger orders, with higher rates for regional and remote areas.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional/remote areas: 3–10 business days
