Returns & Refunds Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.
We do not accept change‑of‑mind returns for coffee beans, as they are a perishable food product.
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll let you know how to return the item so we can organise a replacement or refund. Return shipping for faulty items is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
